What The Riverbend Festival Does: An international-award-winning nine-day music festival, Riverbend draws more than 600,000 people to Chattanooga’s 21st Century Waterfront each summer. Five stages host 110+ bands and the music ranges from rock to bluegrass. Get excited at RiverbendFestival.com.

How Papercut Helps: Papercut channeled the excitement of Riverbend into one great place on the web. Music fans can explore new artists with extensive photos and videos of featured acts. In addition, a helpful “My Itinerary” tool allows festival-goers to create a custom itinerary for each—or all—of the nine days of the festival. Newbies can find all the vital details, and die-hard fans can check on the latest news.

Results:

  • Festival staff use Simon to manage the site. One task that took 17 hours to complete in previous years took just 45 minutes to create in Simon™. (Yes, you read that right!)
  • Social media outlets are abuzz about the new site, its features, and the 2010 festival.
